Publishing Playlists
Once you're happy with your playlist, you can publish it to share publicly or keep it private for your own practice.
When your playlist is complete and ready to be used, you can choose to publish it. Publishing a playlist allows it to be shared with others (if public), or simply saved in a finalized state for personal or client sessions.
To publish a playlist:
- Open your playlist.
- Click the “Publish” button at the top.
- Choose whether to make the playlist public (visible to other users) or private (only accessible by you).
Before publishing, it’s a good idea to:
- Review track order.
- Check segment labels and durations.
- Add any relevant notes for reference or facilitation.
You can still make changes to a playlist after it’s published, so don’t worry if something needs adjusting later. Publishing is especially helpful for organizing your work or building a sharable library for teaching, workshops, or collaboration.
If you choose to keep a playlist private, you’ll still be able to export it, download PDFs, or copy the structure into new sessions.
