Segment Timing
Assign time durations to segments to plan your session length and transitions with more precision.
Segment timing allows you to define how long each segment lasts. This helps with time management during live sessions and gives you a better overview when planning.
To set timing:
- Click the “Duration” or clock icon on the segment.
- Enter a time in minutes and seconds.
- Save the value.
The duration is displayed next to the segment title and contributes to the total playlist time shown at the top. Timing helps ensure that transitions, breathing cycles, and energetic shifts are coordinated.
Use segment timing to plan:
- Session structure by time (e.g., 5-min intro, 20-min peak).
- Class schedules.
- Alignment with breath pacing or body-based techniques.
When exporting playlists to PDF, segment durations will be included, offering a clear visual reference during live facilitation.
